Responsibilities

 

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Arrange international travel and meetings
  • Create itineraries and agendas and secure meeting accommodations
  • Prepare and process detailed monthly expense reports in a timely manner
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including video conference set-up and ordering food
  • Maintain and organize departmental files

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in the professional services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
