It has come to our attention that individuals have been impersonating Atlantic Group representatives on certain job search websites, falsely promising employment opportunities that do not exist. These imposters have solicited personal information and money from job seekers under the guise of our company’s name and reputation. Unfortunately, many job seekers have fallen victim to these fraudulent activities.

We understand that established firms like ours can become targets for scammers looking to take advantage of the good name. We urge all job seekers to be vigilant against such deception. Below, we offer guidance on how to avoid wasting your time and effort, compromising personal information, or losing money to these illicit schemes.

When contacting you, Atlantic Group recruiters will NEVER:

  • Ask for protected personal information (i.e., age, gender, etc.) or provide theirs
  • Request personal details over insecure channels like Facebook, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp or Telegram
  • Tell you to complete financial actions like purchasing gift cards, job equipment, or sending money upfront
  • Ask you to contact an email not associated with our company domain

Our recruiters will ALWAYS:

  • Reach out using an email with our legitimate domain – “@atlantic-grp.com” (note: scammers often use lookalike domains, so review closely)
  • Interact with you in a kind, professional manner
  • Properly onboard you through secure methods
  • Work with you and the client to supply any necessary job equipment like a laptop

If you suspect you may be the target of a scam, please contact us by emailing info@atlantic-grp.com.
