DAN SOI

Dan Soi joined Atlantic Group in 2013 to start the Temporary Placement Division. He specializes in placing interim professionals in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Admin Support, HR, and Marketing. Additionally, Dan oversees recruitment teams in the NYC and Stamford offices which services a wide range of clients in the tri-state area. Prior to joining Atlantic Group, Dan spent 12 years at a Fortune 500 publically traded staffing firm where he worked as a Practice Director growing their temporary staffing footprint in 2 different markets. Dan is a graduate of Roanoke College where he was a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team and the recipient of the Paul S. Griffin award, and award given to those who demonstrate outstanding leadership and dedication to the team. Dan resides in Ridgefield, CT with his Wife and 3 daughters. He is a Coach for Ridgefield Youth Lacrosse & Basketball Association as well as a Member of Ridgefield’s Conservation Committee.
