MONIKA KOVICS

Monika joined Atlantic Group in 2012 with over 15 years in the staffing and recruiting industry. Monika specializes in accounting & finance recruiting within the following sectors: Advertising, Media, Entertainment, Retail, Non-Profit, Technology, International Banking and Fortune 500 Companies. She also spearheads firm social events, team building events and sports. Prior to joining Atlantic Group, Monika worked as a director for a boutique agency and a practice director for one of the largest staffing firms in the world, specializing in business development. Monika graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations and Spanish. She studied abroad for a year in Buenos Aires and speaks both Spanish and Polish fluently. She recently moved to Westport where she resides with her husband and two children.
