Job Overview – Senior Executive Assistant
Compensation: $60 – $65/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant in Middlesex County, MA for our client, providing executive-level support to senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This highly visible role partners closely with a Vice President of Marketing while supporting strategic initiatives, executive operations, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful professional with exceptional organizational skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to anticipate executive needs while managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities as the Senior Executive Assistant:
- Executive Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership by managing communications, priorities, and day-to-day operations while anticipating business needs and ensuring seamless executive support.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, resolve scheduling conflicts, prepare agendas and presentations, and oversee meeting logistics and follow-up actions.
- Travel & Event Planning: Coordinate domestic and international travel, develop detailed itineraries, and lead planning for executive meetings, offsites, town halls, and team events.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Process expense reports, manage purchase orders, coordinate vendor relationships, reconcile invoices, and support administrative workflows using enterprise systems.
- Project Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, maintain collaboration platforms, coordinate executive communications, and manage special projects that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Executive Communications: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Qualifications for the Senior Executive Assistant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, vice presidents, general managers, or senior marketing leaders within a corporate environment is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting executives within global, high-growth, or matrixed organizations is required. Experience leading executive projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and managing international scheduling is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet is required. Experience with Concur, SAP, and other enterprise business systems is highly preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Exceptional organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, executive presence, the ability to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
