Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000/year + commission

Atlantic Group is hiring a Construction Recruiter to join our remote Philadelphia team, supporting full-cycle recruiting for mechanical construction, engineering, and skilled trades positions across the Northeast. This remote role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in mechanical construction recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Candidates should ideally be located in the Northeast to support regional hiring efforts and team collaboration.
Responsibilities as the Construction Recruiter:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and placement.
- Candidate Sourcing: Build targeted pipelines of mechanical construction, engineering, and skilled trades professionals through networking, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Hiring Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, develop search strategies, and deliver qualified candidates.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and support an organized, high-quality recruitment process.
Qualifications for the Construction Recruiter:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle mechanical construction recruiting experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of mechanical construction, engineering, skilled trades, and the Northeast talent market is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, sourcing, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and work independently in a remote environment.
