Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant in New York, NY for our client, supporting administrative operations for a team within a fast-paced alternative investment firm. This opportunity offers a blend of calendar management, expense processing, and general office support while working in a collaborative, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior executive or administrative support experience within the alternative investment industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and manage changing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Process expense reports, prepare documents, coordinate travel arrangements as needed, and provide day-to-day administrative support.
  • Office Coordination: Assist with office operations, meeting logistics, visitor coordination, and general administrative activities to ensure a well-organized workplace.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, reporting, presentations, and ad hoc administrative requests as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with administrative staff and business teams to support daily operations and contribute to an efficient office environment.

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office support experience within an alternative investment, hedge fund, private equity, private credit, or asset management firm is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting professionals within the alternative investment industry is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management, expense reporting, and office productivity tools is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.
