Atlantic Group is hiring a Business Development Manager in Philadelphia, PA to support the continued growth of our staffing and recruiting business. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and driving revenue by delivering customized talent solutions across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and experience in business development, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.

Responsibilities as the Business Development Manager:

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other business development strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders while serving as a trusted staffing advisor.
  • Sales Strategy: Conduct client meetings, assess hiring needs, and present tailored recruiting and workforce solutions that support client objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle, maintain an active pipeline, and consistently work toward individual and team revenue goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate delivery and exceptional client service throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and maintain accurate activity and sales reporting within CRM systems.

Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client relationship management is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within the staffing, recruiting, or professional services industry is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment are required.
