Compensation: $60,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Boston, MA for our client, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and day-to-day human resources operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to launch a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR functions within a growing organization. Responsibilities as the Human Resources Coordinator:
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and other recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding Coordination: Support new hire onboarding, orientation programs, and employee documentation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee events, training sessions, meetings, and engagement initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
- Benefits & Payroll Support: Assist with benefits administration, payroll-related activities, and employee inquiries as needed.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare HR reports, maintain training records, and support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Recent graduate with approximately 3–6 months of Human Resources internship or professional experience is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Human Resources principles, recruiting processes, employee relations, and HR administration is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally are required.
