Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager (Remote) for our client, supporting personal insurance account management, policy servicing, renewals, and client relationship activities within a fast-paced insurance environment. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in New York, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. The position will partner closely with clients, producers, and carrier partners to support account servicing, retention efforts, coverage analysis, and new business activities. The ideal candidate brings strong personal lines insurance experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume book of business.

Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Client Account Management: Manage and service assigned personal lines insurance accounts while delivering responsive and professional customer support.
  • Coverage Analysis: Review existing insurance programs, evaluate coverage needs, and recommend policy enhancements and alternative coverage solutions.
  • Policy Administration: Prepare applications, renewals, endorsements, quotes, invoices, and related insurance documentation for new and existing accounts.
  • Renewals & Retention: Conduct proactive renewal reviews, remarket policies when appropriate, and support retention efforts across the personal lines book of business.
  • New Business Support: Quote and place new business opportunities from referrals, inbound inquiries, and producer requests while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Agency System Management: Maintain accurate account information, monitor task reports, and manage workflow activity within the agency management system.

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty Producer’s License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of personal lines insurance agency experience is required.
  • Location Requirement: This is a remote position; candidates must reside in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New York.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal lines insurance coverages, renewals, remarketing, carrier platforms, and policy servicing is required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, internet-based carrier systems, and Applied Epic agency management system is preferred.
