Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000/year + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager in Montgomery County, PA for our client, supporting client service, policy management, and new business development within a private client insurance environment. This role focuses on managing a personal lines book of business, providing coverage recommendations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting with growth potential and consistent client interaction.

Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:

  • Client Service: Manage day-to-day servicing of a personal lines book of business while addressing client needs and inquiries.
  • Policy Management: Review existing policies and recommend coverage options based on client needs and risk exposure.
  • Quoting: Prepare and present insurance quotes using carrier systems to provide competitive pricing and coverage options.
  • Renewals: Proactively manage renewals and remarket policies to maintain strong client retention.
  • New Business: Support new client onboarding and process applications, endorsements, and policy documentation.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand coverage and enhance client portfolios.
  • System Management: Maintain accurate client records and monitor account activity within the agency management system.
  • Carrier Coordination: Work with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options.

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Licensure: Active Property and Casualty license is required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal lines products, underwriting guidelines, and carrier relationships is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with AMS360 or similar systems is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset are required.
