Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Temporary) in New York, NY for our client, supporting senior leadership and investment professionals in a fast-paced financial services environment. In this temporary role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle daily administrative operations using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant (Temporary):
- Calendar Management: Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for senior leadership, ensuring alignment across priorities.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, and phone coverage.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Expense Management: Prepare and process expense reports while maintaining accurate documentation and approvals.
- Office Coordination: Support front desk responsibilities and overall office operations while assisting with team initiatives.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant (Temporary):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
