Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior IT Support Associate in Boston, MA for our client, supporting end-user support, systems administration, and IT operations across a hybrid environment. In this role, you will serve as a key escalation point for technical issues, manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and support device management, security, and infrastructure operations. You will leverage tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and PowerShell to maintain reliable, secure, and scalable IT systems.

Responsibilities as the Senior IT Support Associate:

  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support while resolving hardware, software, and network issues across a hybrid environment.
  • Microsoft 365 & User Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 systems including user provisioning, access control, and license administration.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Support employee onboarding and offboarding including account setup, access management, and equipment coordination.
  • Device & Endpoint Management: Oversee device lifecycle, asset tracking, and endpoint management including system updates and compliance.
  • Infrastructure, Security & Automation: Support cloud and infrastructure environments, monitor security alerts, and develop scripts to improve efficiency.

Qualifications for the Senior IT Support Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role is required, with experience supporting enterprise environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking fundamentals, system administration, and security best practices is required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory is required, along with PowerShell scripting and familiarity with VPN and endpoint security tools.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, or security-focused certifications are preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
