Job Overview – Healthcare Marketing Program Manager
Compensation: $50 – $53/hour (Dependent on Experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Healthcare Marketing Program Manager in Boston, MA for our client, supporting healthcare marketing campaigns, strategic communications initiatives, and hospital event promotions. In this temporary role, you will manage marketing projects from concept through execution while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. You will leverage Asana, Airtable, and marketing analytics tools to manage workflows, track project performance, and support data-driven marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities as the Healthcare Marketing Program Manager:
- Marketing Project Management: Lead marketing projects from initiation through completion while coordinating internal teams to deliver campaigns and communications initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate meetings and maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and client contacts to ensure alignment and project progress.
- Campaign & Program Execution: Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, inbound marketing requests, and strategic department initiatives.
- Healthcare Event Marketing: Organize and manage marketing strategy and promotional activities for major healthcare events and institutional initiatives.
- Risk & Timeline Management: Monitor project risks, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying solutions to keep initiatives on track.
Qualifications for the Healthcare Marketing Program Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- Experience: 6–8 years of marketing project management experience within healthcare organizations, healthcare systems, or marketing agencies supporting healthcare clients.
- Technical Skills: Experience using project management platforms such as Asana or Airtable along with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare marketing strategies, hospital communications, campaign execution, and event marketing initiatives.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and competing priorities.
