Job Overview – Senior Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support)
Compensation: $135,000 – $185,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support) in New York, NY for our client, providing high-level executive and personal support to a senior leader within a fast-paced corporate environment. In this hybrid role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, oversee confidential communications, and support both business and select personal administrative matters while leveraging Microsoft Office tools to ensure seamless executive operations.
Responsibilities as the Senior Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support):
- Executive Calendar & Administrative Management: Manage complex business calendars, schedule high-level meetings, prioritize competing demands, and support day-to-day executive administrative needs.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and real-time adjustments.
- Strategic Project & Presentation Support: Prepare executive-level materials, presentations, and reports using PowerPoint and Excel while supporting ad hoc strategic initiatives.
- Confidential Communications & Liaison Support: Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive, internal leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Personal & Home Administrative Coordination: Manage select personal scheduling, coordinate family-related travel logistics, and interact professionally with household contacts as needed.
Qualifications for the Senior Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support):
- Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or senior executive leadership within a corporate, financial services, or professional services environment required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments with exposure to executive-level decision-making and confidential matters.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel required, with strong calendar management systems experience.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized and proactive professional with exceptional discretion, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
