Atlantic Group is hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager (Insurance) in Montgomery County, PA for our client, managing a commercial book of business and supporting renewals, client servicing, and policy administration across middle market accounts. This hybrid role partners closely with producers and carriers to coordinate remarketing, maintain accurate policy documentation, and deliver exceptional client service using Applied EPIC and standard agency workflows.

Responsibilities as the Commercial Lines Account Manager (Insurance):

  • Book of Business Management: Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts, including client communication, coverage reviews, and relationship management.
  • Renewals & Remarketing: Lead renewal processes, prepare proposals, and coordinate remarketing with producers and carriers.
  • Policy & Documentation: Prepare and review policies, endorsements, binders, and certificates while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Carrier & Client Coordination: Partner with clients and carriers to resolve inquiries, support coverage changes, and manage policy updates.
  • System & Workflow Management: Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and follow workflows to support efficient operations.

Qualifications for the Commercial Lines Account Manager (Insurance):

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of commercial lines or business insurance account management experience within an agency environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage, policy lifecycle, endorsements, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a client-focused approach to service delivery.
