Job Overview – Corporate Paralegal (Hybrid)
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Corporate Paralegal (Hybrid) in New York, NY for our client, supporting corporate governance, contract administration, and regulatory compliance within an investment management environment. This hybrid role manages board materials, entity records, and legal documentation and is ideal for candidates with 5-8 years of corporate paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in-house within financial services, investment management, or professional services.
Responsibilities as the Corporate Paralegal:
- Corporate Governance & Board Support: Prepare board materials, resolutions, and minutes while coordinating governance calendars and meetings.
- Entity Management & Filings: Maintain entity records and corporate filings and assist with formations, dissolutions, and registered agent coordination.
- Contract Administration: Support drafting, review, and tracking of contracts including vendor agreements, NDAs, and client-facing documents.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist with regulatory filings, maintain compliance documentation, and support audits and examinations.
- Legal Documentation & Support: Maintain legal records and collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel on legal matters.
Qualifications for the Corporate Paralegal:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Finance, or related field required (Paralegal certification preferred).
- Experience: 5-8 years of corporate paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in-house within financial services, investment management, or professional services environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory frameworks applicable to investment advisers or wealth management firms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, with experience using contract management systems, legal research platforms, and document automation tools.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized professional with strong attention to detail, discretion, and judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
