Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Producer (Hybrid) in Montgomery County, PA for our client. This hybrid role focuses on commercial P&C insurance sales, new business development, and pipeline growth while building long-term client relationships within a specialized commercial niche. Ideal for a P&C-licensed producer with a relationship-driven mindset and interest in growing a book of business.
Responsibilities as the Commercial Lines Insurance Producer:
- New Business Production: Prospect, quote, and close new commercial lines insurance business to drive revenue growth.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Revenue & Performance Tracking: Participate in weekly growth and commission meetings to review pipeline activity and sales performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term client relationships within targeted niches to support retention and expansion.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with account management and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client service.
Qualifications for the Commercial Lines Insurance Producer:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience producing or supporting commercial insurance business within an agency or brokerage environment.
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License required.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, coverage placement, and sales lifecycle processes.
- Technical Skills: Experience using agency management systems, with AMS360 knowledge strongly preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Self-motivated, relationship-driven professional with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid sales environment.
