ALEX BELGRADE

Alex joined The Atlantic Group in 2025 as an Associate Director in the firm’s Chicago office. He partners closely with investment management and financial services clients, advising on talent needs across quantitative asset management, hedge funds, proprietary trading, and investment banking. Prior to joining The Atlantic Group, Alex worked at Selby Jennings, a London-based financial services executive search firm, where he was a member of the Investment Banking recruitment team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Missouri–Columbia and is based in downtown Chicago.
