Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY & Stamford, CT
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in CT, 2 days in NY, 1 day remote)

Atlantic Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist (Infrastructure & Facilities) for our client, supporting end-user IT services across New York, NY and Stamford, CT. In this hybrid role, you will split time between both offices while providing hands-on desktop and help desk support, managing hardware lifecycle and facilities-related technology, and partnering with internal IT teams and vendors to deliver reliable systems and a strong end-user experience.

Responsibilities as the IT Support Specialist (Infrastructure & Facilities):

  • Help Desk & End-User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing on-site and remote troubleshooting with timely resolution.
  • Ticket Management & Documentation: Prioritize, track, and document Help Desk tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Hardware Lifecycle & Deployment: Manage end-user hardware from provisioning through decommissioning, including building, imaging, and deploying desktops and laptops.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, peripherals, and IT assets to support operations and audits.
  • Infrastructure & Facilities Support: Assist with network and system troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and office moves, escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications for the IT Support Specialist (Infrastructure & Facilities):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles, with financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 11, and desktop operating systems, with hands-on hardware and end-user device troubleshooting experience.
  • Skills & Attributes: Customer-focused, proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
