Job Overview – Temporary Corporate Paralegal
Compensation: $30 – $35/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Temporary Corporate Paralegal in New York, NY for our client, supporting corporate legal operations, entity management, and governance documentation. This hybrid role partners closely with attorneys, internal stakeholders, and external counsel to manage transactional documents, regulatory filings, and high-volume legal workflows in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities as the Temporary Corporate Paralegal:
- Corporate Governance Support: Maintain corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and organizational charts to support entity management.
- Documentation & Filings: Prepare and manage corporate legal documents, correspondence, and filings under attorney supervision.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist with state and regulatory filings to ensure ongoing corporate compliance.
- Transaction Support: Support due diligence, document collection, and closing materials for corporate transactions.
- Legal Operations & Coordination: Track deadlines, organize files, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel.
Qualifications for the Temporary Corporate Paralegal:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program required.
- Experience: 2+ years of corporate paralegal experience within a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance, entity management, and general corporate legal processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively.
