Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Corporate Litigation Attorney in Greenwich, CT for our client, supporting corporate and commercial litigation within a financial services environment. In this in-office role, you will manage arbitration and court matters, advise on risk mitigation and regulatory considerations, and partner with legal, compliance, trading, and operations teams to provide practical guidance across litigation, contracts, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities as the Corporate Litigation Attorney:

  • Corporate & Commercial Litigation: Manage and support business litigation matters, including civil arbitration and court proceedings, representing the company as needed.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify contractual, regulatory, compliance, and financial risks while developing mitigation strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Lead negotiation strategies and draft, review, and advise on commercial agreements and transaction-related documentation.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support: Partner with compliance teams to support regulatory matters and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Legal Advisory & Collaboration: Provide legal guidance to business teams while collaborating with legal, compliance, finance, and operations stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Corporate Litigation Attorney:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
  • Licensure: Active license to practice law in New York or Connecticut required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of corporate or commercial litigation experience, with exposure to civil arbitration and court litigation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Financial services background strongly preferred, with experience in corporate, transactional, and shareholder disputes.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and analyze financial statements, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
