Atlantic Group is hiring a Construction Project Manager (Specialty Doors) in Montgomery County, PA for our client, an opportunity supporting project execution, specialty door and hardware coordination, submittals, and financial oversight across active construction projects. In this on-site role, you will manage project lifecycles from kickoff through closeout, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and track budgets and schedules to support successful delivery.

Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager (Specialty Doors):

  • Project Execution & Oversight: Manage assigned projects end to end, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables align with stakeholder objectives and contract requirements.
  • Submittals & Specifications: Prepare and manage project submittals, including specialty door and hardware specifications, and coordinate approvals in line with project timelines.
  • Financial Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project financials, track costs and change orders, and report status and performance to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with owners, architects, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Review drawings and specifications, ensure adherence to building codes and best practices, and provide timely feedback to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager (Specialty Doors):

  • Experience: 3+ years of construction project management experience, ideally with exposure to specialty doors, hardware, or architectural products.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read construction drawings, prepare submittals, and manage project documentation using standard project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and coordination across trades within commercial or institutional projects.
  • Skills & Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
