Job Overview – Construction Project Manager (Industrial & Transportation):
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Construction Project Manager (Industrial & Transportation) in Lancaster, PA for our client. In this on-site role, you will lead ground-up and renovation projects, manage schedules and budgets, oversee subcontractors and field operations, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met. Ideal candidates bring strong general contracting experience, CMIC proficiency, and proven leadership on complex industrial and civil infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager:
- Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close-out to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for industrial and transportation builds.
- Field & Subcontractor Management: Oversee daily field operations, direct subcontractors, and uphold all safety and quality standards.
- Client Management: Act as the primary client contact, lead progress meetings, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project.
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and cost controls to maintain financial accuracy.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and project documentation in CMIC while providing updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:
- Experience: 5-10 years of construction experience within general contracting with strong exposure to industrial, transportation, wastewater, airport, and environmental projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with CMIC software and experienced in managing RFIs, submittals, project schedules, and budget tracking tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Experienced in ground-up and renovation work with a strong track record managing complex infrastructure projects and solid understanding of civil, MEP, and structural components.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced field environments.
