Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Clinical Project Manager (Remote) for our client. In this fully remote role, you will lead global clinical studies, manage CROs and project teams, support regulatory submissions, and drive process improvements across Clinical Affairs. Ideal for seasoned clinical research professionals with strong medical device or pharmaceutical experience and deep knowledge of clinical trial operations.

Responsibilities as the Senior Clinical Project Manager (Remote):

  • Study Leadership: Oversee multiple global clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, milestones, and quality standards.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor Clinical Project Managers while managing CROs, vendors, contracts, and performance.
  • Project Planning & Risk Management: Develop project plans, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans to drive successful study execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Regulatory & Reporting Oversight: Ensure compliance with GCP, ISO 14155, and FDA guidelines while preparing study reports, metrics, and supporting regulatory submissions.

Qualifications for the Senior Clinical Project Manager (Remote):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline required.
  • Experience: 8+ years in clinical research or project management within medical devices or pharmaceuticals, with proven success leading global trials and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, GCP, ISO 14155, FDA guidelines, and medical device study operations.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience with diabetes studies or metabolic-related clinical programs strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, able to manage multiple complex studies effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
