Atlantic Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Asset Management) in Boston, MA for our client. In this in-office role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and support DEI-focused hiring. You will manage candidate relationships, agency partnerships, and ATS workflows in a fast-paced asset management environment. This role is ideal for recruiters with strong financial services sourcing experience.
Responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Recruiter:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for investment, operations, and corporate roles while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Consult with leaders to define role requirements, build interview plans, set selection criteria, and provide market insights.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, research, networking, referrals, and agency partnerships to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
- Pipeline & ATS Management: Maintain accurate ATS documentation, manage workflows, track recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with data and privacy standards.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Prepare compensation data, coordinate offers, communicate total rewards, and manage background checks and onboarding logistics.
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Recruiter:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required.
- Experience: 4+ years of recruiting experience with strong direct sourcing skills, and prior financial services or asset management hiring experience strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, Microsoft Office, and ATS/database systems with strong accuracy.
- Industry Knowledge: Passion for financial services and understanding of investment, corporate, and operational functions within an asset management firm.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented recruiter with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
