Job Overview – Executive Assistant:
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000/year
Location: Middlesex County, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant in Middlesex County, MA for our client. This hybrid role provides high-level administrative support to C-suite leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, executive communications, and expense reporting. You will support cross-functional projects and help maintain a professional, well-organized office environment.

Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:

  • Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for executives, managing communication, correspondence, and confidential information with discretion.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and oversee meeting logistics including agendas, rooms, IT setup, and materials.
  • Communication & Documentation: Screen calls, draft emails and presentations, route correspondence, and maintain organized executive files.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, manage corporate card activity, and prepare accurate expense reports.
  • Project & Office Support: Assist with projects and company events, maintain vendor relationships, process purchase orders, and support office branding and operations.

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, with strong preference for experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience managing virtual meeting platforms such as WebEx or Zoom.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate operations, executive communications, travel coordination, and vendor management.
  • Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
