JOHN RICCO

As Co-Founder of Atlantic Group, John Ricco started the firm in 2006 with a focus on serving the Accounting/Finance needs of companies over a broad range of industries, specifically asset management. Since inception the firm has grown to an industry leading recruitment and temporary staffing firm serving multiple locations, industries and lines of business.

Prior to starting Atlantic Group, John was an experienced public accountant from KPMG where he was a key strategic member of KPMG’s New Media Practice where he was responsible for leading several high profile .com IPO’s.

John has a passion for the recruitment industry and believes that strong relationships are what drives success in both business and in life. John has been featured in Crain’s, Forbes, The Financial Times, US News & World Report, CFO Magazine, eFinancial Careers, Big4.com, and Glassdoor.com. John has also made appearances on FOX BUSINES, CNBC Power Lunch, MarketWatch, Bloomberg TV, Bloomberg Radio, The Street and BNN.

John is a CPA and a graduate from the State University at Albany with a BS in Accounting. John resides on Long Island, is an accomplished musician, enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and coaching his sons various sports teams.
