Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Facilities Coordinator (Office Operations & Support) for our client in Boston, MA. This in-office role manages daily facilities operations, mail and package distribution, and office inventory to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized workspace. You’ll work closely with building management, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth office operations. Ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in facilities or office coordination.
Responsibilities as the Facilities Coordinator:
- Office Maintenance: Ensure all office areas, conference rooms, and kitchens are organized, clean, and fully stocked daily.
- Mail & Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, including FedEx and UPS.
- Inventory Management: Track and replenish office and kitchen supplies while coordinating with vendors for timely restocking.
- Vendor & Building Coordination: Liaise with building staff and service vendors to resolve maintenance issues and schedule repairs.
- Systems & Support: Use management tools such as iVisitor, Yardi Voyager, and FedEx Ship Manager to fulfill facility requests and support daily operations.
Qualifications for the Facilities Coordinator:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office management, or administrative operations in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with experience using facilities management or building systems such as iVisitor or Yardi.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of vendor management, building maintenance procedures, and general office operations.
- Skills & Attributes: Organized and proactive professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
