Job Overview – Construction Project Manager:
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000/year + bonus

In this role, you’ll oversee budgets, schedules, and field operations while ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager:
- Project Oversight: Lead all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Team Management: Supervise field teams and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and project objectives.
- Budget & Scheduling: Manage project budgets, approve change orders, and maintain timelines to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct site visits to ensure work meets design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve project outcomes.
Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:
- Experience: 3-7 years of construction management experience overseeing commercial or industrial projects required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred experience using scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, contract management, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while remaining detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
