Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Temporary) for our client in New York, NY. You will support senior professionals with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting while ensuring smooth office operations and handling confidential information with discretion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and experience supporting executives or senior teams.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, arrange internal and external meetings, and resolve conflicts.
- Travel Coordination: Manage international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Expense & Meeting Support: Prepare monthly expense reports, assist with agendas and presentations, and oversee meeting logistics.
- Office & Communication Support: Handle calls, manage contacts, maintain files, and greet guests professionally.
- Confidentiality & Prioritization: Manage sensitive matters with discretion while balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 3-7 years as an Executive Assistant or strong Administrative Assistant, with prior industry experience strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skills & Attributes: Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
