Job Overview – HR Benefits Analyst (Remote):
Compensation: $60 – $63/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote)

Atlantic Group is hiring an HR Benefits Analyst for our client in a fully remote role. You will manage global health, welfare, and wellbeing programs, oversee audits and compliance, and collaborate with vendors, payroll, and HR technology teams. This role is ideal for experienced HR benefits professionals seeking to drive program design, compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities as the HR Benefits Analyst:

  • Benefits Administration: Oversee health, welfare, and global programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Manage leave programs, time-off policies, and regulatory filings to ensure adherence to U.S. and international requirements (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
  • Vendor Management: Partner with third-party administrators and vendors to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and ensure effective plan operations.
  • Data Analysis: Perform audits, reconciliations, and cost modeling across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems to maintain accuracy and identify improvements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with HR Technology, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement to support integrations, payroll deductions, vendor payments, and employee communications.

Qualifications for the HR Benefits Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HR benefits administration or a related HR function required, with experience in medical device, manufacturing, or global corporate environments preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), and data reporting tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. benefits design and regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) with exposure to international benefits programs.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
