Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring a Technical Program Manager (Financial Systems & Data) for our client in New York, NY (Hybrid). In this role, you will manage a portfolio of financial applications including ERP, forecasting tools, CRM systems, ESG platforms, and data infrastructure. Collaborate with leadership to implement AI-driven strategies, improve system performance, and deliver value across finance and operations. Ideal for candidates with experience in financial systems and tools such as Anaplan, SQL, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Azure.
Responsibilities as the Technical Program Manager:
- Systems Management: Oversee ERP, forecasting, CRM, ESG, and data tools to align with business strategy.
- Strategic Leadership: Support the Director of Financial Applications and collaborate with the CIO on key initiatives.
- AI & Automation Projects: Lead data-driven and AI-enabled projects to optimize business processes and reporting.
- Technology Strategy: Contribute to long-term IT planning, innovation initiatives, and improvements in service delivery.
- Executive Communication: Represent IT in C-suite meetings, translating technical concepts into business insights.
Qualifications for the Technical Program Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years in technical program management, financial systems delivery, or data strategy, with a strong background in FP&A and experience within capital markets or alternative investments.
- Certification: Anaplan Model Builder certification (Level 3 or higher) highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Salesforce, PowerBI, Azure, APIs/ETL tools, and Workiva, with experience supporting data-driven business applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience integrating data and AI with financial workflows including FP&A, valuation, forecasting, and fund accounting.
- Skills & Attributes: Executive-level communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ambition to grow into senior leadership roles.
