Take on a temporary role with our client as an Administrative Assistant (Data Entry & Office Support) in Austin, TX, providing daily administrative support, data entry, and office coordination in a fast-paced professional setting. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong Microsoft Office skills who can manage competing priorities and ensure smooth internal operations.
Responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant:
- Administrative Tasks: Handle filing, scanning, mailing, and maintaining physical and digital records.
- Data Management: Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets and assist with generating internal reports.
- Inventory Oversight: Track office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage restocking.
- Team Support: Assist managers and staff with scheduling, communication, and daily admin needs.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and follow internal compliance policies.
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative support or data entry experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with strong typing, filing, and documentation skills.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a proactive, team-focused mindset.
