Job Overview – Vice President of Technology & Digital Transformation:
Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000/year
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Our client is hiring a Vice President of Technology & Digital Transformation in Boston, MA (Hybrid) to lead enterprise innovation, IT strategy, and digital modernization efforts. This executive role is ideal for leaders with a background in real estate technology, AI integration, and scalable infrastructure. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance the resident experience, and advance cybersecurity across all platforms.
Responsibilities as the Vice President of Technology & Digital Transformation:
- Technology Strategy & Innovation: Develop and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, leveraging emerging technologies and PropTech solutions.
- Leadership & Advisory: Advise senior leadership on technology trends, AI adoption, and risk mitigation to support long-term growth.
- IT Operations Oversight: Lead infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, system administration, and help desk functions across the organization.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the implementation of smart building technology, automation tools, and mobile platforms to enhance the resident experience.
- AI & Analytics Integration: Implement AI, machine learning, and data analytics tools to support predictive maintenance, leasing strategy, and operational efficiency.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee disaster recovery and continuity planning.
Qualifications for the Vice President of Technology & Digital Transformation:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 10+ years of IT leadership experience with in-depth knowledge of ERP, CRM, and property management systems, preferably within the residential real estate or property management industry.
- Certifications: CISSP, PMP, ITIL, and/or AI/Machine Learning certifications are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise software, and data privacy regulations.
- Skills & Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and effective in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
