Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote) to support our client in leading enterprise-level program delivery across Agile teams and cross-functional initiatives. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage complex system releases, coordinate platform dependencies, and support strategic roadmap execution. Ideal candidates bring expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Miro, Salesforce, SAP, and Confluence.

Responsibilities as the Senior Technical Program Manager:

  • Strategic Program Oversight: Lead planning and execution of large-scale system releases and cross-functional initiatives across Agile teams.
  • Project Governance: Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and RAIDE logs while coordinating dependencies and PI plans.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate core team meetings, align priorities, and influence program direction across teams and leadership.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and resolve risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive adherence to best practices.
  • Agile Integration: Support PI planning, evaluate change impacts, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.

Qualifications for the Senior Technical Program Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field required.
  • Experience: 10+ years in a technical discipline, including 5+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Certifications: Agile or SAFe certification is required, and a PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline Pro, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, SAP, Mulesoft, Arena, and project portfolio management tools such as Clarity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in SDLC, infrastructure program management, validation protocols, and QMS compliance.
  • Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
