Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Atlantic Group is hiring a Customer Care Representative to support our healthcare client in Burlington County, NJ. In this temporary, in-office role, you will manage patient service timelines, troubleshoot equipment issues, handle inquiries, and coordinate communication between clinical teams, billing, and providers. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional patient support.

Responsibilities as the Customer Care Representative:

  • Patient Service Coordination: Manage patient timelines from baseline through end of service, ensuring timely account updates and notifications.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate patient data, technician instructions, service notes, and compliance records.
  • Monitor and Compliance Support: Troubleshoot non-compliant accounts, monitor issues, and coordinate equipment replacements as needed.
  • Internal and External Communication: Notify practices of service delays, inform billing of cancellations, and ensure smooth department communication.
  • Patient Support and Issue Resolution: Handle inbound calls, resolve patient concerns, and document all interactions thoroughly.
  • Email and Portal Management: Respond to email inquiries, manage portal communications, and process incoming report requests.

Qualifications for the Customer Care Representative:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience required, with healthcare or clinical experience preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with internal software systems, patient portals, and basic technology tools.
  • Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with patient service workflows, billing processes, or clinical admin protocols is preferred.
