Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (Manufacturing) for our client’s team based in Boston, MA (Hybrid). In this strategic role, you’ll lead sales operations across the Northeast region, driving growth through direct sales, independent representatives, and distributor networks. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience in the manufacturing or process industries, focused on sales execution, team development, and regional expansion.
Responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Drive regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets across direct, independent rep, and distributor channels.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop sales team members, promoting high performance and future leadership readiness.
- Channel Oversight: Lead multi-channel sales efforts, including pipeline development and partner collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to enhance customer experience and product adoption.
- Growth & Forecasting: Support strategic growth initiatives and maintain accurate sales forecasting with the VP of Sales & Marketing.
- Territory Management: Travel regularly across the Northeast (30–50%) to build customer and distributor relationships.
Qualifications for the Regional Sales Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field required (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of high-performance sales leadership experience in manufacturing, process industries, or industrial product environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of multi-channel sales models, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
- Skills & Attributes: Strategic leader with strong communication and team management skills, experienced in influencing stakeholders and thriving in fast-paced, travel-based roles.
