Join our client as a Customer Service Representative in Boston, MA, delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role focuses on managing client deliverables, processing orders, and ensuring seamless issue resolution. You’ll handle order tracking, data entry, and customer inquiries while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service efficiency.
Compensation: $21 – $25/hour
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative:
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely assistance with orders and shipments.
- Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain detailed records of orders, customer interactions, and resolutions in the ERP system.
- Process Improvement: Identify service inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service, with expertise in order entry and expediting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP required) and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume tasks professionally.
- Teamwork & Problem-Solving: Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach to service and issue resolution.
