Join our client’s team as a Construction Project Manager (Structures/Bridges) in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role focuses on overseeing and managing bridge and structural construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000/year + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager:

  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of bridge and structural construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Schedule Adherence: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality and productivity.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-15 years of civil construction experience, specializing in the structures market, including bridges, abutments, and retaining walls.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore, AutoCAD, or Primavera P6.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with DOT specifications and bridge construction regulations, with a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and bridge construction methods.
  • Certifications: PMP, PE license, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
