Job Overview – Capital Investments Manager/Owners Representative:
Join our client’s team as a Capital Investments Manager/Owner’s Representative in Moorestown, NJ. In this role, you’ll oversee maintenance, capital improvement, and construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You’ll manage rebranding, debranding, and capital improvement initiatives while collaborating with contractors and internal teams to achieve high-quality results. This hybrid position offers a balance of in-office and fieldwork, providing hands-on project oversight.
Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000/year + bonus
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site/Field)
Responsibilities as the Capital Investments Manager/Owner’s Representative:
- Project Management: Oversee rebranding, debranding, and capital improvement projects, including installations and upgrades.
- Site Maintenance: Manage appearance programs, LED lighting upgrades, and equipment updates at retail and wholesale locations.
- Vendor Coordination: Develop scopes of work, conduct bidding, and supervise contractors to meet company standards.
- Reporting and Compliance: Track project schedules, budgets, and repairs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in preparing and managing capital, maintenance, and construction budgets.
- Safety and Standards: Develop and enforce construction and safety standards to ensure operational safety.
Qualifications for the Capital Investments Manager/Owners Representative:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (PE certification is preferred).
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in capital improvements, construction, or engineering, with a focus on project management and operational oversight.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Access is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Skilled in mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, and problem-solving to interpret technical and financial data.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Licensure: Valid state driver’s license is required.
