Job Overview – Service Sales Specialist (HVAC/R):
Join our client as a Service Sales Specialist (HVAC/R) in Philadelphia, PA, where you’ll drive sales growth and expand service offerings for industrial refrigeration systems. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, promote preventive maintenance programs, and oversee key service projects.

Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000/year + bonus + commissions
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities as the Service Sales Specialist (HVAC/R):

  • Preventive Programs: Drive growth by expanding preventive maintenance agreements, helping clients optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Service Sales: Identify and promote service projects, including compressor rebuilds, system upgrades, and repairs, turning technical needs into business opportunities.
  • Estimations: Ensure accurate and competitive pricing by leveraging internal templates and adhering to company guidelines.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively manage customer data and sales pipelines using CRM tools like Salesforce to track opportunities and outcomes.
  • Client Relationships: Conduct regular customer visits, establishing and nurturing relationships to support long-term business growth.
  • Parts Sales: Promote parts solutions to customers, ensuring they have the necessary inventory for seamless operations.

Qualifications for the Service Sales Specialist (HVAC/R):

  • Experience: 5+ years in the HVAC/R or Industrial Refrigeration industry, either as a service technician or in service sales.
  • Education: Completion of an HVAC/R or Industrial Refrigeration trade school program required.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia, freon, CO2) and service-related solutions.
  • Skills: Strong client management, sales, multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
