Job Overview – Recruiter (Hybrid):
Step into a temporary Recruiter role with our client in Boston, MA, where you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.
Compensation: $30 – $40/hour
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Recruiter:
- Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates through email, LinkedIn, and networking, ensuring a steady talent pipeline.
- Recruiting: Manage recruiting processes from screening to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with managers to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality, engaging experience.
- Coordination: Work with the recruiting team to review resumes, manage ATS, and keep recruiting processes on track.
Qualifications for the Recruiter:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-4 years of Recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or sales roles.
- Skills: Strong sourcing skills, experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Other: Experience in employer branding is a plus!
