Job Overview – Treasury Analyst (Hybrid):
Take on a key role with our client in Bergen County, NJ, as a Treasury Analyst. This temporary role involves managing daily treasury operations, cash management, and supporting global financial activities, while ensuring efficient processes and compliance with regulations.
Compensation: $45 – $50/hour
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Treasury Analyst:
- Cash Management: Manage and forecast daily liquidity for North America, optimizing cash position with short-term borrowings and investments.
- FX Transactions: Execute FX spot trades through FXALL and monitor transactions.
- Bank Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for banking and internal departments including Payroll, AR, and AP.
- Retail Support: Assist stores with openings/closings, reconcile change orders, and coordinate courier pickups.
- Treasury Management: Maintain global bank account databases and oversee treasury functionality in SAP.
- Payment Execution: Execute treasury payments (wire and ACH) and track various treasury requirements.
Qualifications for the Treasury Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of Finance experience required (Banking or Treasury Operations preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in cash management, advanced in Microsoft Excel (pivots, H & V Lookups), and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong ownership mentality.
