Job Overview – Senior Compensation Analyst:
Join our client in Middlesex County, MA, as a Senior Compensation Analyst, contributing to global total rewards strategies. This temporary role supports compensation programs, salary administration, job leveling, and benefit processes, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.

Compensation: $60 – $70/hour
Location: Middlesex County, MA
Schedule: On-Site (2 Days/Week)

Responsibilities as the Senior Compensation Analyst:

  • Compensation Programs: Lead the development and communication of compensation programs, including salary administration, incentive programs, and job leveling.
  • Offer Development: Guide job leveling, benchmarking, and FLSA analysis, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity in offer recommendations.
  • Projects: Manage compensation projects from planning to implementation, including cost analysis, budget modeling, and reporting.
  • Management: Act as the compliance lead, ensuring all compensation and benefits processes meet legal requirements.
  • Administration: Oversee leave of absence processes and manage insured benefits programs like medical, dental, and life insurance.
  • Global Strategy: Partner with Head of Total Rewards to support the global total rewards strategy and initiatives.

Qualifications for the Senior Compensation Analyst:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of Progressive Compensation experience (Executive and/or Sales preferred), and 2-3 years in Benefits/Leave Administration.
  • Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of global compensation, state leave policies, and confidentiality in fast-paced environments.
