Job Overview – Executive Assistant:
Join our client in Boston, MA, as an Executive Assistant, providing key administrative support to senior leaders. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and ensure smooth daily operations in this on-site role.
Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000/year + bonus
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, book conference rooms, handle phone calls, and set up meetings (in-person and virtual).
- Calendar Management: Prioritize and manage Outlook calendars, informing supported Partners of changes and ensuring schedules are maintained.
- Travel Coordination: Organize all aspects of domestic and international travel, including air, ground, and lodging arrangements.
- Expense Management: Track business expenses, prepare expense reports, and manage payment for itinerary changes.
- Confidential Handling: Utilize judgment in managing mail, correspondence, and confidential material, escalating urgent items as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, special projects, and catering arrangements.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience providing direct administrative support to senior-level team members.
- Skills: Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
