Job Overview – Superintendent (Construction):
We're seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee and manage our client's construction projects across various sites. This role requires a hands-on leader who has successfully run entire projects independently across various markets, including healthcare, life sciences, and medical office buildings. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse portfolio and strong project management skills to ensure the successful completion of high-quality construction projects.
Location: Chester County, PA
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000/year + vehicle allowance
Responsibilities as the Superintendent (Construction):
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- On-Site Management: Manage on-site operations, including subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, address issues as they arise, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project status reports.
Qualifications for the Superintendent (Construction):
- Experience: 8-15 years of experience managing diverse construction projects independently.
- Portfolio: Experience in multiple markets such as healthcare, life sciences, and medical office buildings.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
- Compensation: Includes a monthly vehicle allowance.
