WORK EXPERIENCE

Estimator – New York, NY, April 2024 – Present

· Serves as lead Civil estimator for NY Main Business Unit.

· Estimates almost all civil related scopes for NY Main BU Projects.

· Acts as Purchasing Agent for Large Civil and Landscaping scope for project in Upper West Side

· Estimates Structural scopes (Steel, Concrete, Demo, Foundations, etc) for several Projects over the past two years including a Museum and Sports Stadium

· Leads meetings with Cost Consultants to explain reasons of variance in cost between estimates

Estimator – Reston, VA, May 2021 – April 2024

· Led successful pursuit of two Confidential Data Centers in Manassas, VA

· Managed entire Estimating Team, ensured all project takeoffs were accurate, and oversaw each estimate from Design Development documents to 100% GMP Documents

· Led estimator for the entire site work package including Earthwork (Cut and Fill, Site Demolition, Erosion and Sediment Controls), Wet Utilities (Storm, Sanitary, Manholes,) Jet Fuel (Jet Fuel lines, Vaults, Testing), Concrete Apron and Taxilane Paving on the Dulles Airport Tier 2 Concourse

· Led meetings with Project Owners to explain reasons of variance in cost between estimates and provided value engineering ideas to help reach the project budget

Assistant MEP Logistics Engineer, Baltimore, MD, Oct 2020 – April 2021

· Managed delivery of MEP equipment (Transformers, Lights, Transfer switches, Lighting Controls, Panels, etc.) to site with vendors and MEP subcontractors

· Created material tracking logs to show status of all MEP equipment still needed at project site

· Completed submittal closeout for all remaining logistics submittals that were still open

Assistant MEP Engineer, Washington, DC, Feb 2020 – Oct 2020

· Reviewed and managed the processing of all MEP submittals and RFIs

· Assisted with management of the project budget and evaluated change orders on various trades

· Provided scheduling coordination between the owner and subcontractors for dates to perform equipment start-ups and training

Assistant Estimator – Reston, VA, Aug 2018 – Jan 2020

· Provided detailed estimates on various projects and project types including schools, hospitals & data centers

· Performed quantity take-offs, obtained subcontractor proposals, and leveled each subcontractor’s proposal to accurately compare each bid

· Worked closely with operations to review scopes of work, project schedule, and logistics plans
