  • Acts as subject matter expert on the HRIS system (Paylocity), helping employees navigate the site when requested.
  • Creates benefits reports using Paylocity to reconcile invoices received from carriers.
  • Updates documents within Paylocity for easy employee access.
  • Creates reports needed by HR Manager using appropriate parameters with the HRIS.
  • Reconciles monthly credit card statements while ensuring all monies spent are accounted for, using Microsoft Excel.
  • Makes Excel spreadsheets that keep track of expenses, while ensuring the correct formulas are being utilized.
  • Uses Microsoft Visio to keep track of vacant and filled positions within the organization.
  • Creates and disseminates detailed training manuals for recruitment, onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and FMLA administration for other members of HR to reference when necessary.
  • Conducts orientation, benefits and performance management meetings for new hires.
  • Handles benefit enrollments and changes in Paylocity, with benefits broker and the supplemental insurance carrier Principal.
  • Handles all aspects of FMLA from initial notices to employees and managers and tracking leave in Paylocity.
  • Enters employee payroll deductions in Paylocity
  • Handles all aspects of recruitment and onboarding with Talent Acquisition Specialist when needed.
  • Created the HR MS SharePoint site, ensuring deadlines for various completion stages were met for presentation to Manager.
  • Automated the launching of initial new hire onboarding paperwork for Hiring Managers on the HRIS site.
