Compensation: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 + bonus
Location: Delaware County, PA – Hybrid
Responsibilities as a Commercial Lines Account Advisor Include:
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships, ensuring their needs are comprehensively addressed.
- Provide consistent and timely communication through various channels, emphasizing personalized service.
- Educate clients about coverage details, exclusions, and exposures, maintaining meticulous electronic records.
- Efficiently manage incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately.
- Handle cancellations thoughtfully, making efforts to retain accounts and promptly notifying producers.
Requirements for the Commercial Lines Account Advisor Include:
- Over 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
- Current Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- Profound understanding of commercial insurance underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, adept at clear communication with clients and underwriters.
